Thank you for taking the time to read about Scarcroft WI.

Scarcroft is a long established WI and celebrated its 95th birthday in 2018.  We endeavour to keep the traditions of the Women's Institute, but try to make sure we are up to date and relevant to the women involved.

We are a fun, friendly, vibrant group of women of all ages and interests. The ability to sew, knit, bake or make jam is certainly not a requirement!  Just come along and enjoy the evening - you’ll receive a warm welcome.

We get together on the second Thursday of each month from 7.15 to 9.15pm (usually), at Scarcroft Village Hall, on the A58. There is a car park at the rear of the building.    Our monthly meetings include demonstrations, talks on a variety of subjects and interactive events.  There is always time for a chat over a cup of tea, glass of wine or both!

Do drop in to one of our meetings, as a visitor, to find out more and feel free to get in touch with Kathy by email:  scarcroftwisecretary@gmail.com   phone: 0113 2893727.
